Simple Chinese Chicken Salad.
Marinate chicken pieces in Sesame Ginger Marinade
(Kroger or Lawry's.)
Marinade for a couple of hours.
Drain marinade and heat fry pan with 1 Tbsp. Oil
add more marinade sauce while cooking.
Cut into small bite size pieces and cool.
Mix in a large bowl
1 pkg. coleslaw mix
1/2 head iceberg lettuce chopped chunky
3/4 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup snow peas cut in large pieces
1-2 can mandarin oranges drained
2-3 finely chopped green onions
2 stalks of celery cut diagonally and thin
Toss together and coat with dressing...
Chinese Chicken Salad ( pictured below)
Toss with chow mein noodles just before serving.
Dressing makes this salad simple and delicious.

1 lb. pkg of caramels
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 cup choc. chips.
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix 1/2cup milk with caramels melt in bowl.
Set aside.
In another bowl mix cake mix, butter and 1/3cup milk.
Press about 1/2 of cake mixture in the greased pan
and bake for about 8 minutes.
Top with chocolate chips,
caramel mixture and drop additional cake batter
in spoonfuls on top.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Do not over cook!
Keep them ooooey and gooooey!!!
