Opening the doors

to Lazy Daisy Cottage

in St. George, Utah

has brought a new dimension

to her life and quilting passion.

Dana's creativity

and marketing ability

has made Lazy Daisy Cottage

a destination place.

In 2004 just one year

after opening its doors

the cozy little cottage was featured

in American Patchwork and Quilting

Sampler magazine.

This was an honor.

Dana currently designs patterns

along with other creative ideas

which includes recipes, lessons,

and packaging ideas.

"Designing fabric is not just a dream

it's a dream that came true."

Having had support, encouragement

and a best friend

for the past 30 years,

her marriage is definitely

the kind every woman deserves.

At home her life is filled

with fun and excitement,

it is never quiet

and if you know her personally

that is an understatement.

Dana ha 3 married children

along with 8 grandchildren

and more on the way!

As a designer she promises

" It will never be dull

or boring and you will

only want to close your eyes

for a second."
