CREAMY BOURSIN
1 8oz. cream cheese1 stick of butter
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. each of marjoram, pepper, basil, thyme, dill
2 cloves minced garlic
Soften cream cheese and butter mix with herbs and garlic.
Great as a spread with meats and crackers also on a roast beef sandwich.
Refridgerate for several hours to let flavors mix.
