Chicken with Capers, Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts

4-6 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

1 tsp. lemon pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 cup butter

2-3 Tbsp. Oil

1 pint heavy whipping cream

2 Tbsp. capers

Parmesan Cheese

1 can artichoke hearts

8 oz. fresh mushroom (sliced)


Cook chicken in 1/4 cup butter with oil til brown and cooked through
Remove chicken and keep juice in pan add additional butter and saute the mushrooms til cooked add the diced artichokes, cream and parmesan cheese. Cook on low til bubbly add capers and chicken. I diced my chicken up before cooking. Serve over angel hair pasta tossed with butter and parmesan cheese....
