2- ready made pie crusts (or your own homemade crust)
Peaches (enough to fill two pie tins)
80z cream cheese
11/2 c.powdered sugar
sm pkg lemon jello
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
Cook pie crust according to directions.
Peel and slice enough peaches for two pies.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread on cooled pie crust.
Mix lemon jello, sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1min.
wisk 2T cornstarch with 1/4 c. water and add to lemon jello mixture.
Add lemon juice
Boil another minute.
Remove sauce from stove, add peaches and let cool.
divide peaches between the two crusts.
Refrigerate and let set 4 hours.
Enjoy with fresh whipped cream!!!
