THEY ARE SUPER CUTE ON A CUTIE!

Now for the food....
SMORE BARS
Trust me that's what they are...

Take one bite and you want SMORE!
I created this from a cookie recipe I have so here it is!

Chocolate Chip Cookie
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cup brown sugar
1 lb. butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
For regular chocolate chip cookies add
chocolate chips and bake for 8-10 min til light brown at 350.

For the Smores
Press about 2" deep of dough in 9x13 pan which is greased. Remember no chocolate chips.
Then bake at 350 for about 12-15 min til starts to brown. Remove from the oven and top with about 6-8 Hershey Bars I layed them flat covering the dough. Top with about 1 cup of mini marshmallows. Plop small bits of cookie dough on top. Then bake additional 8-10 min til top cookie crust begins to brown.
I had additional dough left over so I added choc. chips and baked a batch of cookies.

Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dip
Wash and cut 4 potatoes in wedges leaving the skins on. Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper and lay on baking tray! Bake at 400 for about 45 min to 1 hour to desired crispy. Remove from oven and toss with Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dip.... YUMMY!
Stop by this week for a sample!

QUILT FEST
ALWAYS MEANS SEEING LONG TIME FRIENDS
MY DEAR FRIEND.... FAYE KOTTER
Last year two weeks after quilt fest Faye was
told she had stage 4 ovarian cancer...
what a shock!
She was always the one to go on a walk,
bring bran and other wholesome treats...
and I could always count on her for a good laugh
and sometimes a good cry.
Boy, she did that to me when I heard the news.
I haven't seen her since last year and she looked amazing.
Fighting the fight and winning.
Her hair was beautiful and I caught her just after her walk.
She is a sweetie and I pray for her everyday!
Working and travel always means new restuarants and ideas.
So here's one in Midway
CAFE GALLERIA
My little friend Brianna made my night as she
willingly made a custom ordered pizza for me. The pizza was amazing and the salads also.
It was so fun and delicious!

Make it a stop and ask for my friend!

And the outfits you won't be able to resist!
