I do it for you!
The most exciting arrival and find is the baby bedding,
shopping carts covers, high chair covers, and car seat covers....
the quality is amazing watch on Thursdays
Blog for photos of a few of the new arrivals!
After shopping and traffic we move onto setting up the shop.

And now for the amazing story
there seems to be one every time we travel.
We met a shopper who came into the booth
looking for a security blankee...
She was so excited to find
just what she wanted for her little one...
the only thing is you will never guess what her little one is....

A....LIZARD....
I have never sold a blankee for a reptile....
but she was devoted to her little one
$22.00 was a cheap price to pay
for something he would love....
She said the soft minkee
is just simply amazing
against his rough lizard skin.
After all the fun and work it is time to try to help the aging, aching feet....

AHHHHHHHH!

And now for the finale....
In the booth everday
at the Road to California show
we were given large chocolate bars...
We couldn't resist, who turns down chocolate?
BUT.....
REMEMBER YOU KNOW WHAT EATING
TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE CAUSES.....

SMALL FEET!
But, how much is too much?
I think it is happening to me...
.too much chocolate time for a

My Baptism Bag
Make a small drawstring tote or bag measuring approximately 6" x 8". Copy the following paragraph (include child's name and baptism date) on to cardstock color of your choice, and laminate. Put objects in the bag to correspond with underlined items (Now and Later candy, eraser, pictures, CTR stickers, marking pen, etc.) Add the laminated card to the bag. Modify the fabric and contents for either boy or girl.
My Baptism Bag
______________ (name) baptized on __________ (date)
In this little bag are reminders of the importance of my Baptism. This decision will be part of my life NOW AND LATER because the gift of the Holy Ghost will bring me comfort. When JESUS CHRIST WAS BAPTIZED, the Holy Ghost came in the form of a DOVE. I received the gift of the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands by men who held the authority called the Priesthood. I was confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When I make mistakes, I can ERASE my sins with repentence. When I take the Sacrament, I am trying to be like Jesus and I FEEL MY SAVIOR'S LOVE. I can read, study, and MARK my scriptures everyday and remember to be strong and CHOOSE THE RIGHT. I will work each day to LOVE ONE ANOTHER and keep the commandments. As I WRITE my story, I will remember my baptism each Sunday with the Sacrament. I will SEE THE TEMPLE and it will remind me to prepare to go inside someday.

Jelly Beans and In Betweens {Pattern}

Jelly Beans and In Betweens
Approx. 60x60

This quilt is made using 64 charm squares and one jelly roll.
2 charm packs (64 charm squares)
1 jelly roll
3/8 yard inner border
1/2 yard binding
3 3/4 yards backing

Create the center blocks by placing two charm squares right sides together. Draw a line diagonally on the back of one of the squares. Stitch 1/2" on each side of the line. Cut on the line and press open. Border 36 of the half square triangles using strips from the jelly roll. Make sure to use contrasting prints for the outside border print. You will need 2 cuts 2 1/2"x 41/2" and 2 cuts 2 1/2"x 8 1/2" for each half square triangle block. Stitch in rows with 6 across and 6 down.

Create the first border by cutting a neutral fabric into 2 1/2" strips. You will need 5 strips to surround the center section.

Cut 56 4 1/2" strips from the remaining jelly roll pieces. Sew strips together lengthwise in sets of two. Use these strip segments and half square triangle segments, alternating every other one to create final border. You will need two rows with 13 segments. The beginning and ending segments on these strips should be the strip segments. The final two rows will have 15 segments with the half square triangles on each end. Remember to ease the pieced borders to fit into the inner border so you don't trim the pieced blocks.

Binding is cut 2 1/4". Quilt and Enjoy!
