Shredded Beef Tacos

5lb Beef Roast
1-28oz can tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 clove garlic minced
1 sm onion diced
1 lg can diced green chilis
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 lg can green enchilada sauce
1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp pepper
more to taste if needed.
Put all ingredients in crockpot. Let simmer all day. When complete remove beef and shred.
Add: 1 can pinto beans drained
1 can corn drained
Serve on tortillas with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and avacados
