on Steriods Quilt
is now available to purchase.
If you haven't seen the quilt
stop by or just drive by
it is usually hanging out front!
OUR OWN RECIPE FOR CINCO DI MAYOShredded Chicken Tacos
Place 16-20 Chicken tenders in crock pot (frozen)
Cover with water and chicken bouillion.
Add 1/2 onion and 1 clove of garlic.
Simmer all day.
Remove chicken and shred meat.
Fill tortilla shells ( i like the uncooked)
add scoop of brown or white rice
sprinkle of jack cheese
add a scoop or black or pinto beans if desired
top with a few spoonfuls of green enchilada sauce
Grease a 9x13 Pan
Place tortilla in pan
cover with Green Chile Enchiladea Sauce
Las Palmeras large size.
Top with jack cheese
and back at 375 for about 20 minutes
til browned hot and bubbly..
Top with salsa, tomatoes, avocados,lettuce etc.
