1 jar spicy corn relish
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinse and drain
1 ripe avocado cut into cubes
3/4 cup cherry tomates washed and quartered
4 oz. monerey jack cheese

Combine, toss, chill and serve!
in your quesadilla's.
