did the cooking

real authentic mexican food.

We are trying

to get the recipe but,

the translation is giving us trouble.

The CAKE...

And April got 3 gift certificates

all from Cafe Rio...

she predictable!

Anna took charge of the cake tradition...

You must stick your face

to take the first bite..

So Chelsi and April Dove in

with the help of Anna pushing a little...



Anna said you want a mexican party

then you do what we do....

TRADITIONS

we do love traditions so what the heck...




This was our lunch

which was corn tortilla

cut and fried like chips

layered on the bottom

then a green chile sauce

with shredded chicked on top

and covered with fresh cheese...

DELICIOUS

we will try to get the translation

to english and post the recipe

it was great

we also had Stacey's awesome fresh salsa

, guacamole chips

and then the cake....
