ICE CREAM CREPES
drizzled with chocolate sauce and mixed fresh berries...

Crepe

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

3 TBSP. melted butter

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp. salt

Mix in blender and make into crepes. Cool and fill with ice cream.

Chocolate Sauce

1 cup heavy whip cream

1 1/2 square semi-sweet chocolate

3/4 cup sugar

pinch of salt

Place all chocolate sauce ingredients in sauce pan and stir often and cook on low til thick and smooth.
