Recipes as promised


Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
1 lb sausage choose favorite variety
1lb. large fresh mushroom with centers removed
about 4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook sausage drain grease and add cheese place scoop in mushroom and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.


Toasted Cocktail Bread
1 pkg. cocktail bread (in deli rye or pumpernickle)
1/2 lb. bacon finely chopped (cook and drain)
2 chopped green onions
small can black olives sliced
1 cup swiss cheese
6 fresh mushrooms chopped
1/2- 3/4 mayo (enough to spread on bread)
Mix all ingredients to make a thick spread. Place large spoonful on each slice of bread. Lay on a greased pan and bake at 375 for 10 min til hot and bubbly!

Favorite Salad Dressing

2 cups brown sugar
3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup oil
Mix all together in blender.
Pour over favorite salad mix. I like spring mix, bacon, swiss cheese, pears or apples, walnuts, craisins or pomegrante any festive fun fruits. Recipe is found in the cook book pg. 23
