Maryann gave me the purse she had worked on for the entire week at winterfest... plus time before arriving.
I couldn't believe it and check it out!

    My "70 something" year old mom is recuperating from knee replacement surgery at Dixie Regional Medical Center. Most of our family lives on the central coast of California. That is why I am writing to ask if any of you, fun loving ladies, are interested in visiting Mom in the hospital to teach her how to hand sew the darling pin cushions or quilt squares that you offer. I would be happy to pay for all of the supplies and if she takes to sewing then I would like to purchase her a membership to the block of the month club. Is anyone game for making a new friend and helping her with a new hobby?
