New Recipe to add

to your happiness
WHOOPIE PIE

with Peanut Butter Filling

2 cups flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup hot water

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking soda

1 egg

1 cup white sugar

1 cup butter

Mix butter, sugar and egg together add additional ingredients.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 min

Drop by teaspoons on greased pan...Cool and fill with peanut butter filling

Filling

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup peanut butter ( i use the chunky)

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup milk

1/2-1 bag powdered sugar (2lb bag)

Mix till creamy add more milk or pwd sugar if necessary to taste!

Fill between two cookies and enjoy
